Overview

Get detailed metrics from our first-ever study on training spending, staffing, and programs within UK organizations. Based on a comprehensive survey conducted by Bersin & Associates and TrainingZone, the presentation will cover the following topics: how L&D spending and staffing in UK organizations have been impacted by the economic downturn; where  UK training organizations are allocating resources; and what UK training organizations are doing to become more efficient.

O'Leonard is author of Bersin & Associates' Corporate Learning Factbook reports. Her presentation will be filled with statistics on spending, staffing, and programs that can be used for benchmarking your organization against its peers. The presentation will also describe how these metrics for UK organizations compare to those in the U.S.

As many training groups continue to face budget cuts, you'll need these figures to build a business case for your organization. All attendees will receive a complimentary executive summary from the study.
