Karen O'Leonard directs primary research and industry studies for Bersin & Associates. She brings more than 15 years of experience in technology research, analysis, and product management. O'Leonard has been the lead researcher and writer for numerous Bersin & Associates' studies including The Corporate Learning Factbook® 2007: Statistics, Benchmarks and Analysis of the U.S. Corporate Training Market and LMS 2006: Facts, Practical Analysis, Trends, and Vendor Profiles.
